Storyline & Plot Overview

The story begins on a peaceful farm where a young boy named Shota happens to befriend Bell—a beautiful Cow-Girl (Ushimusume) working there. During one of their meetings, Bell notices that Shota is feeling down. He confesses his insecurity about not growing as tall or as quickly as his peers.

With her gentle nature and strong maternal instincts, Bell comes up with a wonderful idea to help her young friend: “To grow big and strong, you just need to drink plenty of milk every day!” However, the milk Bell offers Shota isn’t your typical store-bought carton; it is the pure, warm essence drawn directly from her own voluptuous body. Shota is quickly mesmerized by the sweet flavor and the devoted care of the Cow-Girl.

From those first sips, their relationship soon blossoms into passionate encounters, where Shota not only experiences physical “growth” but also discovers intoxicating pleasures within Bell’s warm embrace.
