Storyline & Plot Overview

Set a few decades after the Meiji Restoration, the Empire exists in a delicate balance between ancestral tradition and rapid modernization. Whispers begin to spread of a secluded village near the Northern Capital, a place where enchanting rumors tell of a forbidden paradise. It is said that within this village, any man can live like a king, absolute master over the most breathtakingly beautiful women who cater to his every whim.

However, a horrifying truth festers beneath the glamorous facade of this “Heaven of Lust”: most who enter never return.

Enter our protagonist—a reckless cynic who scoffs at tales of ghost stories and supernatural curses. Driven by curiosity and a defiant disbelief, he travels to the village to unmask the truth himself.

His arrival is met not with hostility, but with overwhelming adoration. He is quickly ensnared by the village’s intoxicating “Melting Rituals.” Here, the beautiful denizens give not only their bodies but employ secretive, mystical methods designed to enthrall the minds and shackle the souls of outsiders.
