1LDK + JK Ikinari Doukyo? Micchaku!? Hatsu Ecchi!!? follows Akane Misaki, a high school student attempting to transition into independent living, only to discover a severe administrative error has doubled her occupancy. Due to a real estate mix-up, her tiny 1LDK apartment is forced to accommodate Ken Hasama, an older stranger, under a mandatory one-week temporary cohabitation agreement.

The opening night sets an intensely awkward tone as the limited floor space forces them to share a single futon. Physical proximity beneath the covers sparks an undeniable undercurrent of tension, stirring adolescent curiosity. The turning point arrives when muffled, explicit sounds from the neighboring apartment bleed through the thin walls. In the darkness, overcome by sudden urges, Akane’s hands begin to wander, only for Ken to wake up and catch her in the act. Rather than scolding her, Ken steps in as a willing mentor, guiding her through a series of intensive, eye-opening lessons in physical intimacy right there on the shared futon.
