Storyline & Plot Overview

Private investigator Takayasu Higishino has just rescued Ayane from an ambush by two mysterious men in a dark alleyway. The moment she sees her savior, Ayane is struck with profound shock: Takayasu possesses a face identical to Shingo—her brother, who was presumed dead.

The circumstances surrounding Shingo’s death in a car accident years ago remain shrouded in bizarre and unsettling mysteries. Driven by a need for closure, Ayane hires Takayasu to reopen the case and uncover the ultimate truth.

Suspecting that Ayane’s own family is directly involved in the incident, Takayasu accepts the perilous mission. He returns with Ayane to the family’s grand estate, posing as the “resurrected” Shingo, launching a high-stakes infiltration to unmask the true faces of those closest to her.
