Storyline & Plot Overview

The cold, sharp clicks of heels echoed through the silent hospital corridors in the dead of night. Behind a door stealthily closed, Misuzu Akao was quietly preparing for a sinful tryst, a ‘reward’ hidden deep within her pocket. During the days Misuzu held control, ’emergency calls’ always seemed to serve a purpose far beyond saving lives.

Her two colleagues, Rika Souhama and Mie Nakamaru, began to grow suspicious of her erratic behavior. On a night when all three were scheduled for rotation, Rika decided to take action. She stepped away from her fiancé, the on-call doctor Shinichi, to secretly tail Misuzu during her rounds.
