The sinister reputation of Dr. Fuwa is no secret to the locals—a predator who systematically exploits his female patients to satisfy his depraved cravings. As his career hits a dead end, leaving him to vent his frustrations on his nurse, Megumi, Fuwa receives a bizarre and cryptic invitation: to travel to a remote, isolated island to investigate a mysterious outbreak within a secluded convent.

Upon arrival, Fuwa’s predatory instincts flare up as he encounters the young, naive novice nuns. He wastes no time transforming his “medical treatments” into a series of debauched power games. However, lurking behind the nuns’ strange symptoms is a horrific truth that spirals far beyond his control.
