Storyline & Plot Overview

The story centers on two sisters, Ai and Hikaru. Ai harbors a deep, forbidden longing to become a “true woman,” a desire ignited after she accidentally witnesses her older sister in an intimate encounter with the doctor. Meanwhile, the predatory Hirasaka Ryuji has already marked Hikaru as the next subject for his twisted experiments.

However, instead of relying on brute force, Hirasaka adopts the guise of a bizarre “savior.” Using his latest inventions, he entices the sisters into a psychological trap, manipulating them into performing deviant acts with one another. To cloud Ai’s judgment, he meticulously crafts these experiences to feel like nothing more than fleeting, phantom dreams—effectively dissolving all moral barriers and will to resist.

The chapter concludes with a haunting epilogue: Dr. Hirasaka and his newlywed bride—the nurse Ren—seek “refuge” in a remote, secluded village. There, he continues his medical practice as a front, while in truth, he has secured Ren as the sole, permanent subject for his insatiable and morbid passions.
