Storyline & Plot Overview

Kuwahara, an elite physician, has long been haunted by the memory of Nanase Ren—the woman he loved profoundly in his youth. Driven by a desperate longing, he cycled through countless hospitals just to find her, until fate finally reunited them at St. Cattleya Hospital. However, the Ren he finds is cold and distant, leaving Kuwahara’s feelings tragically unrequited.

The situation takes a darker turn when Kuwahara receives disturbing photographs documenting Ren’s systematic humiliation. He is struck with horror to learn that during her time at St. Julianna Hospital, Ren was transformed into a mere “instrument of lust” through the cruel bodily experiments of Dr. Hirasaka. The sudden collapse of the “goddess” image he held in his heart causes Kuwahara to lose all reason.

In a state of frantic derangement, he targets Kazama Mana—a maternity nurse who secretly loves him and bears a striking resemblance to Ren. Exploiting Mana’s sincere affection, Kuwahara brutally violates her in a fit of madness, repeatedly screaming Ren’s name while trampling upon the purity of the poor girl who truly cared for him.
