Mou Ichido, Shitemitai? centers on Inugami, a headstrong office worker, and her colleague Sarushima, two individuals known for their constant bickering. Following another late-night argument at a local bar, the pair wakes up the next morning to discover they are together in a love hotel.

With no clear memory of how they arrived, they are left to navigate the confusing aftermath of their unexpected night. As they attempt to resume their normal professional routine, the residual tension and lingering sensations from that evening begin to challenge their usual rivalry, forcing both to reconsider their true feelings toward one another.
